Interactive sculpture

with the use of 3D printing and computational design, Fish Ladder collaborated with Bridge to design and build an interactive sculpture. a new, impressive piece of art for Platige Image offices.

As a result of our open-ended process we created a 5-meter tall interactive installation resembling an organic carapace-structure. Composed of 800 unique elements and 3160 “cells,” the whole project was planned and delivered through the use of advanced computational algorithms and printed with state-of-the-art 3D technology.

The project merged tools and methods of experimental multimedia practices (including interactive mapping) to boost brand identification of Platige Image in its physical environment.
